DEMAR Properties Ltd operates a debt-free model. The development entity holds no construction debt. Buyer funds are held in escrow, separate from operating capital.

IFC EDGE certification status

CPH holds preliminary EDGE certification. Final certification follows construction completion and a third-party audit. The audit certificate is published on /sustainability when issued.

Regulatory registration

DEMAR Properties Ltd is registered in Kenya. NCA contractor registration: pending construction commencement. EPRA energy permit: per construction phase. All licences are available on request.

Conflicts of interest

DEMAR has no undisclosed financial relationships with any party named on this site beyond standard supplier and professional contracts. Material conflicts will be disclosed here.
