DEMAR Properties Ltd holds your information for one purpose: to reply to you. We do not sell data. We do not run retargeting pixels. We do not load Facebook or X tracking on this site.

What we collect

When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, email, phone number (if provided), and the message you wrote. We log basic privacy-respecting analytics (Plausible) — page views, country-level location, referrer — without cookies or fingerprinting.

Why we collect it

To reply to your inquiry, signed by name, within one working day. To improve the site by knowing which content people read most.

How long we keep it

Inquiry data is retained for the duration of the relationship plus seven years for regulatory compliance. Analytics data is anonymised within 30 days.

Who can see it

The named DEMAR partner assigned to your inquiry. The named partner’s assistant, if delegation is required. No third party — including marketing agencies, sales platforms, or AI services — receives your information without written consent.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@demar.co.ke. We respond within one working day.
