Every shilling you pay before handover sits with Stanmore Trust Kenya Limited, a CMA-licensed escrow trustee. Released to construction only against milestones counter-signed by Knight Mwangi Quantity Surveyors. You receive the monthly escrow balance statement.

24-month defects warranty

From the day you take keys, we carry the defects warranty for two full years. Any item that fails to perform as specified is repaired or replaced at our cost, end of conversation.

Monthly construction transparency

Every month from groundbreaking to handover, we publish a construction log signed by Joseph K. Otieno, MICE — site engineer of record. Photographs, milestone status, weather days, what we got right, what we are correcting.

Westgate Living after handover

Westgate Living Management operates the building under a 10-year service-level agreement with a 24-hour, seven-day response-time matrix. The building is run by people whose name is on the agreement, not by a rotating contractor.
