Overview
We are small by intention. The Dagaz is a boutique-scale building of 96 residences — fewer, better homes rather than more, forgettable ones — and the one-bedroom plates were drawn from the inside out. Every decision, from the width of the corridor to the orientation of the window, was made for the person who will live there.
One-bedroom premium new-build supply in Westlands is rare. The district’s plot grain favours larger family-scaled apartments; the few well-built one-beds that exist absorb diplomatic single postings, professionals on indefinite contracts, and weekday-only occupants keeping a Nairobi base alongside a household elsewhere. Demand is steady; new supply is light.
The Dagaz lists twenty-four 1-bedroom residences across floors 03–16. From USD 165,000 (KES 21.4M / GBP 130K) on a 24-month escrow-protected plan with Stanmore Trust Kenya Limited as trustee.
What a Dagaz one-bedroom carries
Bulthaup b3 kitchen with Gaggenau hob and oven; Vola sanitaryware; white-oiled European oak floors; Schüco AWS full-height triple-glazed aluminium glazing; integrated wardrobe by the on-site joinery shop. The continuous balcony runs across the full living-room frontage — a usable outdoor room, not a token railing.
Yield logic
One-beds in Westlands clear at 7–9% gross to international tenants. EDGE-Advanced certification supports a 5–15% rental premium over comparable non-certified stock in Sub-Saharan Africa. Maintenance load is the lightest of any typology, which is the segment’s argument for diaspora investors who never intend to occupy.
How to reserve
By appointment at our Westlands sales gallery, or by 45-minute video call. Ten-percent deposit on reservation, held by Stanmore Trust Kenya Limited; milestone-released against Knight Mwangi QS counter-signatures. No funds reach DEMAR before work is certified.
