    A short form on our contact page captures the brief you want and the basics for verification. No log-in, no account, no marketing wall.

  2. 02

    Identity check

    Name, email, phone, country, and role — investor, landowner, buyer, or journalist. Same form, four extra fields. We verify the email is reachable before sending.

  3. 03

    Emailed within one business day

    The brief arrives from partners@demar.properties as a PDF, with a one-line covering note from the relevant lead.

A note on distribution

Briefs are not posted on the public site. Each request is logged. Delivery requires a verified email. We do not share contact details with anyone outside DEMAR.
