The Crown Penthouse occupies a half-floor of the upper bridge and rises into a double-height living volume with the planted spiral stair as its centrepiece. Four bedrooms, each en-suite, sit along the inner edge; the principal suite has a private terrace with direct access to the rooftop pool deck. The kitchen is a full Bulthaup b3 specification with a separate prep kitchen and pantry. The terrace is 88 square metres of honed travertine, framed on three sides by the building's signature arch openings.
Upper-band residences clear the canopy. The skyline reads in full to the south and east; Karura's edge is visible to the north on a clear morning. From the balcony of the higher floors you read the city, the garden, and the building's own crown above you in one glance.
